GATGARD® NuLife 200 & 600 was designed specifically for polycarbonate (Tuffak® / Makrolon® / Lexan® / Hygard®) and acrylic surfaces. Polymeric substrates such as these absorb moisture on high humidity days and exude that moisture vapor on low humidity days, leading to the blistering of standard film products.
GAT Technologie’s NuLife 200 & 600 offers a proprietary adhesive that is not affected by the absorption and release of this moisture.

When used as a base layer under traditional solar control films, Nu-Life 200 allows you to achieve the benefits of solar control films on plastic surfaces. The materials used in the construction are environmentally friendly, compliant to EU RoHS regulations and REACH regulations.
