Fototex 3D is a range of formable, texturing lacquers formulated to be screen printed onto XtraForm, the market leading Film Insert Moulding (FIM) film, as well as a wide range of other substrates. Using a hybrid cure technology (UV and solvent), the lacquers can be intermixed to produce an infinite range of bespoke finishes that are hard, abrasion and solvent resistant and meet the latest automotive specifications. Fototex 3D has been specifically formulated to: – allow customised surface textures to be printed and then formed onto 3D parts – give designers the ability to combine textures with gloss finishes on interior automotive parts produced using the FIM process – give automotive dial manufacturers the ability to produce super flat matt, non reflective finishes without the use of nitrogen in the process The Fototex 3D range includes a Fine and Supermatt finish, developed to be fully intermixed, plus a Gloss Modifier that when added to the finish adjusts the gloss levels. This allows you to create bespoke finishes, meeting the design needs of any application.
Fototex™ N Matt is a UV curable, 100% solids screen printable texturing varnish, designed to be used with a Linde type UV/Nitrogen curing units. Designed to be screen printed onto Autoflex® to produce selective textures, this provides a simple and cost effective way of producing high quality textured finishes. Fototex™ N Matt also produces excellent results when used with pre-treated polyester and polycarbonate films (see Fototex™ processing and safety recommendations).
Custom Finishes: Products within the Fototex™ N range can be intermixed to create a variety of finishes. Fototex™ N should NOT however be mixed with Fototex™ UV.

Fototex™ N Supermatt XL is a UV curable, 100% solids screen printable texturing varnish, designed for use with a Linde type UV/Nitrogen curing units. Designed specifically to produce a super fine, flat matt dead front finish for polycarbonate automotive displays.
Custom Finishes: Products within the Fototex™ N range can be intermixed to create a variety of finishes. Fototex™ N should NOT however be mixed with Fototex™ UV.
This product is not recommended for use with Autoflex® hard coat where adhesion may be compromised.
Fototex UV Matt is designed to be screen printed onto Autoflex to create selective textures. This provides a simple and cost effective way of producing high quality textured finishes, and extremely durable scratch resistant windows. Fototex also produces excellent results when used with pre-treated polyester and polycarbonate films (see Fototex processing and safety recommendations). Fototex UV Matt is a UV curable, 100% solids screen printable texturing lacquer. Fototex UV is designed for use with conventional UV curing equipment.
