We have in house capability to copy any existing supplied window shapes/profiles and CNC cut identical parts from these existing windows, or simply CNC cut from your supplied drawings, with same day turnaround times.

We have in house laminating capabilities with the ability to apply protection films to any of our polycarbonates using our dry laminating method, so parts can be used immediately with no drying time required.

TUFFAK® AR2 is a monolithic, hard-coated polycarbonate sheet (both faces) that pairs very high impact strength with day-to-day cleanability and long optical life.
TUFFAK® HYGARD® is a laminated polycarbonate system engineered for multi-hit energy absorption, fragment containment, and anti-spall options—ideal for chain-shot front windows.
TUFFAK® AR500 is our heavy-duty grade used where glazing must complement ROPS/FOPS or excavator guard requirements.

Daily abuse: Hard-coated TUFFAK® tolerates abrasive dust + cleaning; glass resists scratches but cracks/shatters under impacts and copes poorly with repeated strikes. Optional GATGARD® NuLife 600 anti-graffiti film as a sacrificial layer.
Field mods: TUFFAK® can be CNC-cut, drilled, and edge-finished; glass needs factory processing and can’t be adjusted onsite.
